After years of studying and practising influencing physician behaviour to overcome my frustrations with why physicians would not change their behaviour, and then discovering secrets of success, people started asking me for help. Seeing the lightbulbs go on and the relief in my clients faces and hearing their testimonials of success inspire me to move forward, helping more and more people each year. CCPE asked me to create a distance education program which they published in 2009 called "PERSUASION Rx: How to Influence Ethically". This adds a new and important tool to enable me to help even more people at a time when they need it most!
