What is it?
Applying proven principles to influence you to change your behaviour, we teach you through this self-directed distance program how to influence others. The best part.....you can do the reading, exercises and on-line interactive workshop in the luxury of your own home at times convenient to you!
The course is presented in a unique, engaging story format. You will follow Richard, who, when you first meet him is a sales manager frustrated with his ability to influence his team and their ability to influence health care professionals. You join him as he advances through his life and career, each chapter presenting a new frustration and lesson that push him forward to greater influential ability.
By the end of the journey you will have discovered, along with Richard, new ideas to influence more effectively. Additionally and importantly, you will have practiced those ideas such that you increase your confidence that you can influence ethically.
What does it look like?
The course is composed of 14 chapters covering 360 pages and one online web interactive workshop component. It is suggested that it would require 40 hours of study.
